Don't Try To Do It All

Too often I fall into the superman syndrome. I try to do all the work of the ministry. Maybe I think my volunteers are not willing or able. Sometimes it is just the easy way out.

There are at least two problems with this:
1. I don't leave room for other people to use their gifts in ministry.
2. I really can't do all that much.
